What we hold, why we hold it, and who can see it.
What we collect
Your name and contact details, the details of the businesses you add, the answers you give in the wizard, and the documents you or we upload. We do not store card numbers; our payment processor does that.
Who can see it
Only you and anyone you invite to your account. FairBusiness staff see the details needed to work an order you have placed, and every staff action is recorded. Government identifiers are stored encrypted.
Sharing
We share information with an agency or partner only to complete a filing or service you asked for. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can export your cost history, download your documents, and ask us to delete your account. Some filing records must be kept to meet legal obligations.
