Refund policy
Short version: if we have not filed it yet, you get your money back.
Before we file
Cancel any order that has not been submitted to an agency and we refund it in full, including the government fee we have not yet paid.
After we file
Government fees cannot be recovered once an agency has taken them, so they are not refundable. If we made the mistake, we fix it and cover the cost of refiling.
Recurring services
Cancel whenever you like from your dashboard. You keep the service until the end of the period you have paid for.
How to ask
Open the order in your account and choose cancel, or contact us. We answer refund requests within two business days.
