What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
What we do
FairBusiness prepares and files business documents on your instruction. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. If you need advice about your situation, speak to a licensed attorney or accountant.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us. We file what you give us. If a filing is rejected because of incorrect information, we will refile once you correct it; any new government fee is payable again.
Fees
Our fee and the government fee are always shown separately before you pay. Government fees are passed through at cost. We do not file anything before payment is confirmed.
Cancelling
Recurring services can be cancelled by you at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a filing already submitted to an agency.
